Data controller
The discréno platform (discreno.app) is operated by AdminLanding, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €100, registered with the Annecy Trade and Companies Register under number 101 595 734, registered office: 431 Route des Chateaux, 74250 La Tour, France. AdminLanding is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. Contact: contact@discreno.app.
Data we process
Customers: email address (passwordless sign-in), the name and phone number given when reserving (passed to that venue so they can welcome or reach you), reservations (offer, reference, honoured/no-show/cancelled status). Partners: email, venue details (name, address, phone, description, photos), iCal calendar feed (never exposed publicly). Waitlist: email address. Security: IP addresses of public submissions are hashed (SHA-256), never stored in clear; technical errors are logged without personal identifiers.
Purposes and legal bases
Service delivery (reservations, venue notifications, reminders) — performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Manual review of venues before they go live — legitimate interest (marketplace trust). Limiting repeat no-shows — legitimate interest. No advertising, no profiling, no resale of data.
Cookies
We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Only strictly functional items are stored in your browser: sign-in session, theme preference, intro-animation flag. We count product events anonymously and in aggregate (page views, reservations) — no cookies, no identifiers, on our own EU servers. No consent banner is required for as long as nothing non-essential is set.
Subprocessors
Data is hosted in the European Union. Transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (Switzerland).

Retention
The name and phone number attached to a reservation are erased automatically 12 months after it; the reservation itself is kept without personal data for accounting. Expired offers are never publicly visible again. Error logs are purged after 30 days, product metrics after 90. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, and leave the waiting list at /en/unsubscribe.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to contact@discreno.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or, if you live in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) — or the authority of your country of residence.
