Terms of service

The service

discréno is a brand operated by AdminLanding, a French SASU with a share capital of €100, registered in Annecy (RCS 101 595 734), 431 Route des Chateaux, 74250 La Tour, France. discréno connects partner venues (salons, spas, experiences) with clients around last-minute offers. Reserving is free and nothing is paid online — the treatment is paid directly at the venue. discréno acts as an intermediary: the service contract is formed between the client and the venue, and discréno is not a party to it.

Reservations and no-shows

A reservation is a commitment: show up with your reference before the stated time, or cancel via the link in your confirmation email to free the slot. Venues report no-shows; after two unexcused no-shows within 90 days, booking is temporarily suspended.

Complaints

Any complaint about a treatment or service (quality, delivery, refund) is a matter for the venue that provided it — that is who your contract is with. Complaints about the platform itself go to contact@discreno.app.

Partner venues

Venues warrant the accuracy of their information (identity, offers, photos) and that published offers will be honoured. Every venue is reviewed by our team before going live. Misleading or unlawful content leads to suspension. During the launch period, publishing offers is free of charge; per-published-offer pricing (credits) will be introduced and announced to partners in advance — never retroactively. discréno promises no volume of bookings. A partner may deactivate their venue or close their account at any time.

Liability

discréno provides the platform “as is” and assumes no liability for services rendered by venues. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Governing law

French law. Courts of Annecy, France — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the client's country of habitual residence (for Irish clients, Irish consumer law).
